Bonnie Peters entire career has involved Florida real estate.  From ownership of a small brokerage office in Jacksonville to managing broker of a large franchise brokerage in Stuart, she offers experience on all sides of many real estate transactions! 

 

Bonnie was 2010 president of the Martin County Realtor Association and involved in many committees at the state level. In 2012 she and her husband, Rick Mesard, along with their black lab, “Charlotte” relocated to Amelia Island.

They found a beautiful piece of property in Amelia Island Plantation and built their home in 2013.  


For the past 10 years Bonnie has been a broker-associate with a prestigious local firm where she enjoyed learning about local customs and gaining knowledge of the Nassau County market. The decision to join Engel & Volkers was a move to give additional exposure to listings, and collaborate with a multi office approach, locally, statewide, nationally and internationally.
