Approximately 40 acres located in an excellent hunting area northeast of Catawba on Hwy 111. The property has areas of huge aspen and maple with heavy under brush. There are also portions of the property with some tag alder for great cover for deer, bear and grouse. Several grouse were flushed while walking the tag alder edges. It doesn't appear that this property has seen hunting pressure for several years. There is power across the road and this property would be a great spot to set up your Northwoods hunting camp.
